Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy (FTB Merch)

At FTB Merch, we take pride in producing high-quality gear and uniforms. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

1) Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)

  • Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery (per carrier tracking).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition (free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage), with tags/packaging when applicable.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

2) Customized Uniforms (No Returns)

All customized uniforms are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes (but is not limited to) uniforms with player names, numbers, team customization, embroidery, heat-press personalization, roster-specific orders, or made-to-order sizing/production.

Size Verification Requirement:
By placing an order for a customized uniform, the purchaser confirms that all sizes have been reviewed and verified at the time of sale/checkout. Because these items are produced specifically for the purchaser/team, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues on customized uniforms.

3) Exchanges (Eligible Non-Custom Items Only)

If you need a different size on an eligible, non-custom item:

  • Exchanges are offered while inventory lasts

  • The quickest option may be to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll determine the best resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability).

5) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank/card issuer.

6) How to Start a Return
